If you contact I Slept Great (or Euforma, LLC, the site owner) to send feedback or ask a question, we will collect and maintain that information. We also from time to time collect information via surveys and registrations - all voluntarily provided by you. We do not share this information with any other organizations. Any information we gather from you is solely used to improve the site to better meet your needs. There are only two reasons that we would ever share information provided to us by a user:

1. If we are made aware of illegal activities or situations that pose a threat to the safety of another person, this information will be shared with authorities in order to take action on the matter. In such cases, data could be subpoenaed by the court.

2. If I Slept Great is acquired or merged with another organization, you will be notified by Euforma, LLC (the company that owns I Slept Great) prior to the transfer of any information about you.

Information We Maintain About Our Members

When you register as a member of I Slept Great, you provide us information such as your name and email address. We use this information for identification and authentification, to address any service issues you have, and to maintain your sleep log

Storing Your Sleep Data

I Slept Great uses third party vendors and hosting companies to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run I Slept Great. Euforma, LLC, owns the code, databases, and all rights to the I Slept Great application, you retain all rights to your data.

We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your member registration.

About Cookies

Make sure cookies are enabled on your computer. They will be used to help remember the information you record daily about your sleep. What is a cookie? It is a small bit of data that our computers send to your web browser. From there it is stored on your hard drive. These cookies will be deleted at the end of your session and are not used to track you.
