There's good news for sedentary individuals who have good sleep but don't exercise.
According to the obtained data, acute physical exercise, regardless of type - whether resistance training, aerobic or interval - did not influence the related sleep parameters of the inactive person who normally sleeps well.
This research indicates that sedentary people can start a program of moderate physical exercise without impairing their sleep.
